Through our community based mental health services, strengths based clinical care management services, and community outreach and engagement activities we aim to promote the holistic well-being of individuals and families in Chicago’s Southwest neighborhoods. Our goal is to address the impact of trauma, systemic oppression, and violence as we work in partnership with individuals and communities to be active agents of structural transformation.
