Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group

Centro Sanar co-founders are trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and are thrilled to co-facilitate a free, Spanish-language DBT skills group through Centro Sanar. As far as we know, this is the first DBT group created in the Midwest to support Spanish-speaking adults

Group runs year-round and is held virtually.
Recommended to have a consistent individual therapist even if attending Group session
Wednesdays 10 am -11 am

Traumatic Loss Grief Group (Grupo Sanar)

Centro Sanar co-facilitates a traumatic loss group for families impacted by a loss of a loved one due to homicide, suicide, and overdose.

Group is held in collaboration with family members and mental health clinicians.
Group is held virtually on the fourth Friday of the month 8:30 pm -10:00 pm

Couples Group

Our group therapy services provide a combination of clinical interventions and social support to community members. The group covers a variety of mental health topics while also allowing participants to share their experiences and be better prepared for individual therapy.

Group runs consecutively for 8-12 sessions
Groups held virtually and in person.
