Cynthia Magallanes is currently serving as the Director of Nursing at a local FQHC, serving the Southwest Side of Chicago. Ms. Magallanes has over ten years of clinical experience across multiple specialties, including emergency medicine, chronic disease management, post-acute recovery, and community work. Ms. Magallanes obtained her Bachelor of Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is working on completing her MSN from the same university. Her passion for learning has led her to discover new ways of medicine delivery that are inclusive, non-oppressive, and client centered. When at work, she is a pet mom to two spoiled cats and an old dog.
